WHEN I THINK ABOUT YOU - by Queenie Quisido

WHEN  I  THINK  ABOUT  YOU

by Queenie Quisido

You are the one who I always think,
I even see your face everytime I blink.
I really don’t know why am I acting like this,
All I know that it is you who I miss.

When I think about you, my eyes seemed to glow,
When I dream of you, I hoped for no tomorrow.
To be with you right now is what I’ve wished
‘Coz it is really you whom my heart has missed.

I believe that we will be together sooner or later.
How I hope that the time and day will pass faster
So that I’ll be with you and hug you tight,
And never let go of you with all my might.

TOGETHER FOREVER - by Shirley

TOGETHER  FOREVER

by Shirley

As I look at your picture I wish you were here
Those sweet words you whisper I can hear so clear
You're saying you love me and want to hold me tight
You want to be near me and love me tonight
I dream of you holding me and you made me see
That together forever we were meant to be
The warmth of your body close to mine
As you and I are lost in time
You reach out to touch me with your loving hand
I never knew you were such a caring man
As you and I embrace you say that you love me
With you my darling I will always be.

A CONNECTION MADE - by Michael W Craven

A  CONNECTION  MADE

by Michael W Craven

Two meet in hope
A connection made
They begin tender exploration

Two souls created to be
Together as one being
Take faltering steps

Souls melding seamless
Thoughts intertwined
Expressive warmth

Tenderness shared
Emotions laid bare
Accepted and safe

Peerless and pure
Joined by the hope
Of freedom sure

Airy ascending
Wind rushing
Almost deafening

Level flight soaring
effortless pearls
Treasured and bright

Two hearts joined in joy
Spring hopeful now
Resting in each other.

Serene, tranquil, at peace.

I BLOW YOU A KISS - by William Stanley Braithwaite

I  BLOW  YOU  A  KISS

by William Stanley Braithwaite

I blow you a kiss on the evening wind
    My dear, wherever you be;
Up in the north or down in the south,
    Or over the rolling sea.

I blow you a kiss, but after the kiss
Do you know what follows, my dear ?
Something the wind cannot bring to you -
    Only a little tear.

THERE IS ANOTHER SKY - by Emily Dickinson

THERE  IS  ANOTHER  SKY

by Emily Dickinson

    There is another sky,
    Ever serene and fair,
    And there is another sunshine,
    Though it be darkness there;
    Never mind faded forests, Austin,
    Never mind silent fields -
    Here is a little forest,
    Whose leaf is ever green;
    Here is a brighter garden,
    Where not a frost has been;
    In its unfading flowers
I hear the bright bee hum:
    Prithee, my brother,
    Into my garden come !

ABSENCE - by Lucien V. Rule

ABSENCE

by Lucien V. Rule

The western skies are starless now;
No beauty's beacon sweet,
When evening comes, smiles softly down
Where happy lovers meet.

Thus from the heavens of my heart
I miss a tender light:
For she my song, and hope, and cheer
Is far from me tonight.

I KNOW IT - by Misti Green

I  KNOW  IT

 by  Misti Green

It was love at first sight,
When I saw you I knew.
Together we would be,
Just me and you.

You’re the only one,
I love you so much.
I’m all alone now,
And I long for your touch.

It seems so long,
Since you have left.
You said you would be back,
I just hope for the best.

It has been three days,
I miss you so…
I wish that I,
Was allowed to go.

You said you would call,
When you arrived.
But when you didn’t,
It made me cry.

I countdown the days,
Until your back in my world.
I still can’t believe,
That you chose me to be your girl.

My love is true,
I know yours is too.
And I can’t wait,
To be back with you.

I MISS YOU - by Delores R. Ward

I  MISS  YOU

by  Delores R. Ward

Do you ever think of me
As daylight turns to dusk ?
And all the world is quieted
The stillness brings a hush

Do you ever think of days of fun and laughter ?
And ponder memories sweet
And pause by the door of life
To long for the moment when we meet

Do you dry your eyes from tears that linger ?
And gaze upon photographs of me
Are your arms empty from needing to embrace ?
Would you travel from sea to shining sea ?

Do you ever think of me
As daylight turns to dusk ?
And all the world is quieted
The stillness brings a hush

LONG TO SEE YOUR FACE - poem

LONG  TO  SEE  YOUR  FACE

I wish to see your pretty face one more time,
How much I miss you my darling, I can never deny.

The last time you walked out of the door,
Sunk my poor little heart deep down to the floor.

And now I can't wait to meet you again my dear,
I may not get to see you again is the only thing I fear.

I MISS YOU EVERYDAY - poem

I  MISS  YOU  EVERYDAY

Not a day passes by when I don't miss your presence,
Not a second gone by when I don't long for your essence.

You are like a drug to me baby, I am so addicted to you,
You not being by my side makes me so sad and blue.

Cannot wait to hold you in my arms and never let you go,
How much I miss you so, you will probably never know.

MISSING YOU - - by Rahana Chelikkattil

MISSING  YOU

by  Rahana Chelikkattil

My days begin and end with your name,
You went far away and still I held your photo frame.
One day you will come and take me with you,
That hope lets me live through.

I can read those unsaid words,
Which you speak in silence.
Sometimes they are like swords,
And sometimes like a highness.

Do you miss me like I do,
Please say a word so that i get a clue.
Never hide your feelings for me,
Just let them flee.

Should I say I miss you,
Or let myself be in the queue.
Waiting is all I can do My Sweetheart,
I wish you come to know as you depart.

IT'S DIFFERENT - by Gina

IT'S  DIFFERENT

by Gina

It's Different
Now You've Left
The Corridors Seem Empty
Without Your Step

It's Different Now
Without You

You're Different Now
You've Cut Your Hair

I'm Different Now
I Hold A Smile That's Not Really There

We're Different Now
That We're Apart

The Only Thing That Didn't Change
Was The Love I Hold Still In My Heart

LOST WITHOUT YOU - by Ana

LOST  WITHOUT  YOU

by  Ana

Lost with out you asking myself why me? why now?
I never thought that I would feel so crazy in love.
My life has not been the same.
Ever since you left
my world has been upside down with nothing to do,
no where to go.
You left with nothing to say, no good byes,no fear wells.
My heart has been left broken,
not wanted, not cared for and its all because of you.
The one I thought loved me and cared for me has left me.
What happened to "I love you ,nothing can brake use apart"
the love that you said was there is now gone.
My mind my soul my heart is gone.
My world my days are now so long

TO BELINDA - by J. w. Goethe

 TO  BELINDA

by  J. w. Goethe

Oh, why do you draw me, irresistibly,
Into all this magnificence?
Was I not living happy, virtuously,
In midnight’s solitariness?

Quietly secluded in my chamber,
In the moonlight I lay,
Drowned in its shining shower,
Into which I’d stray:

Dreaming of hours, golden, filled
With unmixed delight,
Your sweet form now so distilled
Deep within my mind.

Can it be me that you imprison
Among all these lights?
Made to hold the insufferable vision
Of faces forever in sight?

The springtime blossom in the meadow
Charms me less by far:
Where you are, Angel, is Love, and Virtue,
Nature is where you are.
