The artist Irene Sheri (Irina Vishnevskaya) was born in the city of Belgorod-Dniester (USSR, USSR) in 1968. Her passion for painting began in 1972, when the older brother of the future artist was presented with a large set of colors for her birthday. Can you imagine this miracle? For the little girl, the temptation was too great and she stole her gifted paints from her brother, and within one day she “painted” all available pieces of paper, wallpaper in the apartment, and even the bodies of her friends. The girl was sent to the Belgorod School of Art for gifted children, then Odessa College of Art and the School of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg. In 2001, Irene Sheri was awarded the Russian State Prize for outstanding achievements in the visual arts as the youngest artist in Russia. Today, the artist’s works can be seen in the gallery s collectors and museums around the world.
