I  WISH  I  COULD  JUST  CRY   by Renee Lynn Gill I wish I didn't feel so lost If only I wasn't so alone If only my heart didn't drop Each time it isn't you on the phone If only my arms weren't so empty If only my heart weren't so full If only you weren't still my hero If only I'm not still a fool. I wish I could just cry Maybe then my heart would mend. Just one tear is all I'd ask for And then I could just pretend It doesn't hurt to miss you To need what can never be I wish I could just cry Maybe then I could be free.
