WHAT DOES IT MATTER THE TIME !

Is it time which passes through our lives?
Or our lives which pass through time?
What does it matter -
whether it is the time or we that pass?
What does it matter that our muscles loosen
and our skin wrinkles?
What does it matter that the vitality
goes disappearing slowly?
What does it matter that the rains of silver
begin to adorn your hair
and whiten mine?
What does it matter that myopia invades us,
if to feel each other we don't need eyeglasses?
What does it matter that we age, if we age together!
What does it matter
that time passes or we pass ourselves,
if our love doesn't have time?
What does it matter that time passes or doesn't?
You are my time and I am your time.
What does it matter that time passes or doesn't?
Our love doesn't die in the night
neither it is born with the day.
What does it matter that time passes or doesn't?
Our love is as infinite as time!
